who doesn’t want a body like jen?
Celebrities are joining forces with their Hollywood counterparts to shape up for summer, and the sweaty fitness fanatics and hungry food Nazis want you to join them.
According to Woman’s Day, all you have to do is exercise, eat lots of salmon, steak and steamed broccoli, and join a yoga class. And attend, like five times a week to have a body like Jennifer Aniston.
“I was like, ‘My butt! I can’t sit,” Jen says about her first attempts at her personalized workout that combines cardio, yoga and, er, Sun salutations.
Celebrities are also getting fit, but this is for a good cause. Lama Coc-Kroft, Nerida Jantti, Miriama Smith, Mary Lambie, Noelle McCarthy and April Ieremia are embarking on a four-week charity challenge involving military-style training. Our defense forces really must be struggling if those girls are being drafted.
“I’m not fit, I’m not an early riser and I don’t care that I don’t have the best abs in the business – I just want to find out if I can do it, says McCarthy.
We give her two weeks, but that’s probably longer than April Leremia will last – she seems to think a tight black miniskirt and knee-high leather boots are appropriate gym wear.
