LINDSAY LOHAN, one of the most popular paparazzi girls of 2008, recently told Marie Clair magazine that she’d like to adopt a child from outside of the United States.  The comment will be printed in the October 2008 edition of the magazine.

Lohan is in a lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson.  Her comment about adopting has sparked a debate about lesbian adoptions as well as the pros and cons of adopting from overseas.
