“I think Lance and Lacy are really fun…”
By John Charles Reedburg
Its Loser’s choice.
Well, after last night’s results show, they are down to seven couples remaining and eliminated dancer, KIM KARDASHIAN, has made her prediction for who will win this season’s Dancing With The Stars competition. Her pick…Brooke Burke.
“I think [BROOKE BURKE] has a really good chance at winning,” Kardashian told PEOPLE Friday.
She commented on how wonderful Brooke was and gushed that Brooke is, “so amazing. She started off really well and she works so hard,” said Kardashian.
The reality TV personality Kardashian said that she knows how hard Brooke works as she stated, Burke “would always work in the studio right next to me.”
Is there anyone else that Kardashian thinks may be strong enough to win the title this season?
“I think Lance and Lacy are really fun and give the show something it’s never seen before,” she said, “but I’ll definitely say that I’m leaning toward Brooke a little bit.”

In this video, my boy Usher is about as poetic as Marvin Gaye.
With the economy being as bad as it is these days. This song is a very timely.
Keep doing it big, bro.

Oh, okay. Now we get it. SARAH PALIN is a stealth Democrat!
I can’t believe it. This woman is so stupid she’s made the right choice LOL!
At first we were puzzled to see Governor Palin wearing a scarf decorated with the symbol of Democrats, exhorting people to vote.
Could it be that the Republican Vice Presidential candidate is unaware or unfamiliar with this basic political iconography?
But of course that’s impossible!
The only plausible answer is that she’s wearing the “Vote for the Donkey” scarf on purpose. It’s a not-so-secret code, telling voters that she, too, has fallen under the spell of Barack Obama’s message of hope, and plans to vote for him and Joe Biden.
We never would have suspected her of being so clever, but what a great idea. And so stylish!
Yet, if she really want to impress the crowd. She should rock one of those blinged out Barack Obama tee-shirts that Russell Simmons wore at the BET Hip Hop Awards.
BTW, shouts out to the Global Grind Network for taking the intiative to make Obama’s hope for change a soon-to-be reality.

A judge sentenced former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to four months in jail Tuesday for a sex-and-text scandal, calling him “arrogant and defiant” and questioning the sincerity of a guilty plea that ended his career at City Hall.

Honestly folks. Was justice really served?
Disgraced former Mayor KWAME KILPATRICK is hungry — hungry for personal introspection; hungry to learn, explore and understand the teachings of the Bible, and hungry for the opportunity to decide what he should do with his life after he is released from jail, associates say.
In the weeks and days leading up to his incarceration Tuesday, Kilpatrick reached out to family, friends and political allies for advice, pep talks and prayer marathons. He made surprise visits to friends to express appreciation. And he spent a lot of time with his family, particularly his three boys.
Kilpatrick told associates he understood the magnitude of spending four months behind bars, but he also admitted he was anxious about his stay.
“At this point he doesn’t really know what that experience is going to be like. I don’t think anybody can be prepared for living 23 hours alone in a small room — no matter what his faith is,” the Rev. Horace Sheffield III, pastor of New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church and a Kilpatrick adviser, said Tuesday. “But he’s just refused to be broken.”
Minister Malik Shabazz, a member of the Unify Detroit Coalition and leader of the New Black Panthers, said the Kilpatricks stopped by his Detroit headquarters unannounced in recent weeks.
“You could see the pain and disappointment in his eyes, but he’s an eternally optimistic kind of guy,” he said.
“He hugged me, kissed me, we prayed and he told me to keep my spirits up,” Shabazz said. “I was feeling worse for them than they seemed to be feeling.”
Before his sentencing, Kilpatrick was living with his family at a restored 1920s hotel that was turned into condos in Detroit. The family has an extra large unit created from two smaller ones, according to neighbors.
Shabazz said Kilpatrick intentionally kept a low-profile presence — his priority was his family. “He just wanted to spend time loving them, healing and repairing,” he said.

I guess this guy must wanted a moment all to himself.
Miami, FL — A man who police say is connected to two robberies in Miami Beach, and several others in the county, led police on a high-speed chase from Miami Beach to Palm Beach County.
Police believe the man robbed a person at a CVS parking lot and at a Walgreens parking lot. The manager at the Walgreens told NBC 6 that the incident happened at about 8:30 a.m.
Police followed the man and a woman in a white minivan as it headed Northbound on Florida’s Turnpike toward Broward County in the vicinity of the Hard Rock on Wednesday. Miami Beach Police Department said the pursuit began after a robbery.
A police cruiser bumped the car on the right hand side in an attempted it stop the diver but it was unsuccessful.
The car zoomed by the SunPass lanes on the turnpike in Broward, approaching speeds of over 100 miles per hour, and exited Eastbound on Atlantic off the turnpike.
The car stopped briefly with police thinking the man would stop, but the driver kept on going and headed on Powerline Road in Pompano Beach before heading on Interstate 95.
Florida Highway Patrol trooper Pat Santangelo said the FHP is monitoring the chase but local department police officers are following the driver.
“The troops in Broward are monitoring the chase,” he said.
The man finally stopped the car in a residential neighborhood in Palm Beach County and fled on foot. Chopper 6 HD recorded the man trying to hide between several homes.
Police were able to corner the man who eventually sat on a patio chair and waited for officers to arrest him in the backyard of a home on Southwest 1st Street and Del Rio Blvd.
The cameras did not capture another occupant from the car.
