West Hollywood, CA – Monday November 10 2008. KEVIN FEDERLINE’s attorney MARK VINCENT KAPLAN speaks to the press outside Mr Chows in LA about Britney’s son Jayden’s recent trip to the Emergency Room in Mississippi.

The toddler took an allergic reaction to something he ate but Kaplan tells us it was nothing too significant. K-Fed didn’t need to attend as the incident was not too serious.
