New York, NY – MILEY CYRUS exits an office building after a meeting and is mobbed by photographers and fans. At one point Miley’s publicist Jill falls hard on the pavement. Later, Miley enters the Essex house for the “Bolt Press” event and is asked to show off her promise ring. Miley had an enthusiastic fan following in the rain on his bike. He rode a long way through the city to get a picture and autograph with Miley
