Teddy exclaims, “I never went anywhere.”
“But I’m back.”

“If you don’t have or you know you’re not getting the love from the record company. Start your internet business and build your own product through your site.”
-Teddy Riley during an exclusive interview with Datzhott.com
In this Hott and Raw exclusive, legendary hip-hop/R&B producer TEDDY RILEY talks about his current projects and the release of an new album, “The Black Rock”, in 2009. He also gives advice for the new generation of music artist and producers. I think anyone that’s new to the music industry, should listen to this interview and learn.
BTW, peep how Teddy couldn’t remember who I was when I called. It’s hilarious. But at the same time, it’s really cool that he still gave me an interview. Many celebs wouldn’t do that. Trust me, I know. Mr. Riley is definitely high-class all the way.
After you’re done listening to the interview. Peep out Teddy in this throwback Black Street video:
Black Street – “Don’t Leave Me Girl”

John, stop playing on people phone. LOL! That ish was hilarious. Ted was like “Who is this!?!
Can’t wait to check out the Black Rock album. It’s something that R@B needs at the moment. Wonder why he didn’t ask him anything about Pharrell. Wonder what Teddy thinks about all of the success Pharrell is having since he’s the one that gave him a break in the first place.
I feel that Teddy Riley is underrated for that fact that when they mention the great hip-hop and R&B beat makers they never mention Teddy. He’s as any good as Dr. Dre or Jermaine Dupri. Anyhow can’t wait to hear that Black Rock album. Maybe, do like Internet leak of his album.
Why didn’t he get Teddy to say Yep, Yep! That would’ve been hott! LOL!
OK is it me or did like John just interview damn near the entire group of Guy. Last week Aaron Hall. This week Teddy Riley, damn who’s next Damien? Or will it be somebody from Black Street. Yo John, while you’re at it. Why don’t call up the entire group BBD. LOL! No seriously, I have been wondering up Teddy’s been up to. Be glad when his new joints drop. LOL!
Teddy RIley is still sexy to me. I wonder if he’s looking for a new baby’s mama. Just joking — well not really. LOL!
Teddy’s right, new artist should consider getting there own site and building their brand if they aren’t getting any love from the record company. That’s how folks like Soulja Boy got started.
Yep, yep!!!
Never knew that Teddy was working with Chris Brown and Pussycat Dolls. …
Wonder what song he’s doing for Chris Brown … but is it me or do anyone else think this. If Chris Brown is like the new Michael Jackson and Teddy Riley is sort like the new Quincy Jones — those two can be a really hot combo. Seriously, how phat is that. And I never knew that Teddy worked with John Legend. I thought Kanye and John Legend did all of the tracks.
