Anybody who isn’t currently facing charges of felony assault and making criminal threats is fine by us.

In a bit of happy news for a Friday afternoon, RIHANNA seems to be moving on from Chris Brown.

According to Radar Online, the Barbados-born singer was seen out and about at L.A. nightclub Delux on Thursday night, and flirting hard with FRANKIE DELGADO, friend of Brody Jenner and sometimes star of Jenner’s show Bromance.

The two were spotted getting cozy while Rihanna quaffed Belvedere and Red Bull, and and showing tons of chemistry. From the Radar Online report:

“She was snuggling with him on her couch and the two were all about each other,” the source explains, “Rihanna gave Frankie a lap type dance when Destiny’s Child’s song ‘Bug-A-Boo’ started playing.” No chance for a Chris Brown / Frankie D. bromance anymore! Frankie went right for the skirt, “he kept pulling at Rihanna’s white dress and she giggled, playfully pushing him away and then hugging him!” Frankie Delgado shows off some socks he bought all by himself with his own money.”

Now, this is normally the time when we’d say that Frankie Delgado seems like a desperate hanger-on — a beta male lackey leeching off alpha male mega-doof Brody Jenner — and wonder why exactly a platinum-selling artist like Rihanna would give him the time of day.

But a quick perusal of Delgado’s history shows that, unlike Rihanna’s last boyfriend, Delgado is currently not accused of felony assault and making criminal threats. So instead we’ll wish the two the best. Congrats, you crazy kids!
