“Lost star Henry Ian Cusick is being sued by a former ABC employee who alleges sexual battery and harassment”

Bummer!

The actor who plays Desmond in the popular TV series “Lost” has been accused of sexual harassment.

The plaintiff, CHELSEA STONE, alleges that on Oct. 16th, HENRY IAN CUSICK “placed his hand on her buttocks” and then touched her back “while making moaning sounds.” Cusick then put his face in her cleavage and wagged his head back and forth, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. He later touched her breasts with his hands and kissed her on the mouth, according to Stone.
