well at least, his music career is! ... LOL!
A bunch of white people dancing awkwardly in Minnesota may be responsible for Brown taking his place once again in the pantheon of pop superstars.
HOTT NEWS!
Showbiz is strange.
Take CHRIS BROW: the 20-year-old was on top of the world, and then news broke that he had horrifically beaten his girlfriend Rihanna on the night of Grammys. He pleaded guilty to felony assault last month, narrowly avoiding jail time. He filmed an apology video and released it to YouTube, with most rolling their eyes at his attempt at appearing contrite. His music output in the past six months? Nil.
In short, it seemed that Chris Brown’s career was barely on life support.
Then a YouTube video started getting passed around, showing Minnesotan newlyweds Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz and their wedding party dancing down the aisles to Brown’s single “Forever.” It’s racked up over 11 million views, been featured on CNN and NBC’s Today show.
Now? Brown’s year-old song is quickly becoming one of the top songs downloaded on iTunes, and Billboard is wondering whether Brown’s career has been saved by a viral video.
In other words, a bunch of white people dancing awkwardly in Minnesota may be responsible for Brown taking his place once again in the pantheon of pop superstars.
Bizzare!
