SHERRI SHEPHERD has spent the last several months exercising and eating healthily to trim down for her big bathing suit debut on The View, and people watching the show this morning were treated to the results of her hard work.
Shepherd walked out onstage while “I’m Every Woman” blared in the background, wearing a black and grey one-piece that showed off her new figure. Watch below:
Since May, Sherri’s lost five inches off her waist and 10 inches overall. She said:
I feel really great. I just wanted to show people that you don’t have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired. It wasn’t all easy along the way, however.
Sherri told Us Weekly in June that she was consuming “a lot of grilled chicken, a lot of salad, a lot of water. I’m miserable!” Still, she admitted, “I have a lot of energy.”
Wonder how Tracy Jordan’s going to feel about this new, slimmer figure?
