When you’re a CELEBRITY, you’ve got to be used to being all dolled up just to be judged on the red carpet. But, when Halloween rolls around, it’s a whole different beast. Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush make a great couple, even in character! They’re an item again this year, we can’t wait to see what they think up next.
Katy Perry’s Freddie Mercury costume is a little bizarre, and creepy — especially because she does look a lot like the late Queen singer. We give her points for going against the grain, though.

Christina Milian is the brightest lady bug we’ve ever seen. The neon hair really rounds out the costume and we think we have those tights in a box in the garage leftover from kindergarten dress-up. ,,, And of course this is an old photo … because her belly isn’t quite that flat these days! LOL!
