When you’re a CELEBRITY, you’ve got to be used to being all dolled up just to be judged on the red carpet. But, when Halloween rolls around, it’s a whole different beast. See what happens when these stars let their imaginations run wild, and the most outrageous outfits get the best-dressed votes for a change.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush make a great couple, even in character! They’re an item again this year, we can’t wait to see what they think up next.

Katy Perry’s Freddie Mercury costume is a little bizarre, and creepy — especially because she does look a lot like the late Queen singer. We give her points for going against the grain, though.

Cowboy John Legend seems to have lassoed himself an Indian princess.

Quddus nails the Napoleon Dynamite costume. We wonder how long it took to sculpt his hair like that.

Pink gets a little darker and sports red hair. We like that the singer always finds a way to make her outfits edgy, not just on Halloween. Her black fishnets do the trick this time.

Tisha Campbell was braver than we’d be and dressed up as Tyra Banks — and even doctored her hairline. We’d never go there.

Christina Milian is the brightest lady bug we’ve ever seen. The neon hair really rounds out the costume and we think we have those tights in a box in the garage leftover from kindergarten dress-up. ,,, And of course this is an old photo … because her belly isn’t quite that flat these days! LOL!
