13 years after he was shot and “killed” in Las Vegas … a man appearing to be TUPAC was allegedly spotted inside a mall parking garage in Los Angeles this past weekend. Supposedly, the person shooting the video was attacked by one of Shakur’s goons after they noticed he was filming.

I’m thinking Tupac would be in a coat, cap, and some more discreet clothing if he was hanging in LA, where he would be recognized instantly with a bandana on, ecspecially. It seems staged.
I dunno…I personally think Tupac is still alive. I have for a LONG time. People always say about his “sightings” that he would be doing this, or he wouldn’t be doing that…the fact is we don’t know WHAT HE would be doing…we are not him. If the theories are right and he’s going to make his resurrection in 2014? Why wouldn’t he wanna stir up a little bit now? Get people talking again. Just think. It’s been this long…and we still “wonder?”
