We used to imagine the biggest beef anyone would have with LADY GAGA would be over sitting behind the songstress when she wears one of her many ridiculous headpieces. However, we’ve learned that is not the case. Her bitter ex-boyfriend/producer Rob Fusari is less than thrilled because he claims Gaga ditched him big time and didn’t give him his fair share of her royalties. So, now, according to Yahoo News, he’s hoping to score a cool $30.5 million in supposed back pay by taking her to court.

Fusari co-wrote some of her hits like “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich,” and claimed had 20% of the share in their joint venture Team Love Child LLC. But, by the time Gaga signed to Interscope Records and shot to the top of the charts, their relationship had ended and Fusari said he never got his cut of her earnings.

He has producing credits in her 2008 album The Fame, which sold more than 3 million copies. The lawsuit states that he got checks for over $600,000, but that wasn’t all he was entitled to receive. Now he’s hoping to collect on some allegedly overdo royalties and then some.

Lady Gaga’s rep hasn’t made a statement on the matter as of yet.

NENE LEAKES has been promoting her book all over NYC today but she put her hatred of FOX ahead of book sales Friday morning when she refused to go on a local TV show.

The “Real Housewife of Atlanta” star was supposed to be a guest on “Good Day New York” to talk about her new book, “Never Make the Same Mistake Twice.” Snitches on the set say that she realized it was a FOX show just a few minutes before her appearance.

She bailed, according to witnesses, telling people she hates the network. We’re told it might have something to do with a FOX Atlanta report that didn’t paint NeNe and her husband in a very positive light.

A rep for Leakes had no immediate comment.

Never a show to shy away from controversy, South Park is ready to take on TIGER WOODS and his much-talked about sex addiction in the opening episode of its 14th season on Wednesday.

“It’s such an important issue in America right now — the sex addiction outbreak,” show creator Matt Stone told the Associated Press Friday. “We’re all really concerned about him and hope he gets better.”

Stone that the Tiger scandal its many facets gave him and co-creator Trey Parker so much ammunition, they could have built an entire season around it. Stone said he’s both fascinated and disgusted with Tiger’s public apology, and it sounds like he can’t wait to lambast the professional golfer.

“There’s a delicacy in talking about (Woods) that we don’t have to worry about,” Stone said. He and Parker are still hashing out the upcoming episode. They often give themselves tight deadlines to keep the show as fresh as possible. South Park is set to air its 200th episode in April.

KATY PERRY is reportedly in talks to play the part of Smurfette in an upcoming movie based on the ’80s children’s cartoon, according to PopEater.com. The pop princess would be part of an ensemble cast that promises to at least entertain in a movie planned to be a mix of live action and animation.

Neil Patrick Harris, Alan Cumming, George Lopez and original Smurfs voice Jonathan Winters are all expected to work on the film, which will be directed by Raja Gosnell, who directed both Scooby Doo movies. While Cumming will voice Gutsy Smurf, Winters Papa Smurf, Lopez Grouchy Smurf, it hasn’t been said who NPH will play. Many are speculating that the Dr. Horrible actor will be playing the villainous smurf-eating sorcerer Gargamel, which would make the film a must-see for his rabid fan base.

No stranger to outrageous outfits, Katy Perry is one celebrity we think could actually pull off a live action smurf. But that might be a little too sexy for a family comedy.

The pastor of the church the concert was supposed to benefit said the school pulled the plug on the event once word got out that “X” was involved.

Pastor King of Morning Star Sanctified Church says she even took out a $1 million insurance policy on the concert but the school just wasn’t having it and has already agreed to give back the church’s $500 deposit.

Now, the judge has decided to once again push back Wayne’s court date so more repairs can be made to the courthouse.

According to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Wayne will be back on Monday unless some other bizarre incident delays the case again.

It’s not the first time PARIS HILTON’s been, ahem, too sexy to be seen onscreen, though this time she’s the talk of the town in Brazil for a racy beer commercial she shot in the South American country. The ad features Paris in a short black dress as she rubs a can of Devassa beer on herself, according to Us magazine.

A spokesperson for Brazil’s Secretariat for Women’s Affairs wants the ad taken off the air because it’s offensive, especially to women. “It’s an ad that devalues women – in particular, blond women,” said the spokeswoman.

There are apparently 3 investigations open on the campaign, and a spokesperson for the regulatory company said the commercial is most offensive because it’s not shot on the beach — where teeny tiny bikinis are the norm.

“The problem with the ad isn’t a lack of clothing, but its sensual nature,” spokesperson Eduardo Correia said. “A woman in a bikini on a beach isn’t necessarily sensual; it depends on the context.”

“Devassa” translates to “naughty,” so it’s not too surprising that the commercial showed some skin. The campaign is for “Bem Loura” (“very blonde”) beer.

KIM KARDASHIAN forgot an important part of the legal driving experience Saturday when she was pulled over by a police officer for driving without license plate. The reality star was driving with Jonathan Cheban, her co-star on the new reality show SPINdustry, who posted a picture from the incident on Twitter.

Cheban wrote: “Haha @kimkardashian and I just got pulled over!” Kim wrote back: “For no license plate! Annoying.”

No word on why exactly Kim was driving around without a license plate, but she should know that’s a quick way to get a cop’s attention! She and Cheban were pulled over on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood after coming back from spending some time at New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which ended last Wednesday.

Rapper LIL WAYNE’s one-year prison sentence for attempted firearm possession was pushed back last week after it was revealed he was in dire need of immediate oral surgery. The judge pushed his sentencing date to March 2, and on Tuesday Lil Wayne sat through a gut-wrenching eight root canals to fix his teeth.

Wayne, who says his famous oral bling set him back about $150,000, had several tooth implants redone, some added and his few real teeth worked on, according to TMZ. After the popular rapper recovers, he sill has a stay at Ryker’s Island to look forward to.

The night before he was supposed to start serving his time, Lil Wayne took to Ustream.com, where he thanked his fans for their support and said goodbye. With time off for good behavior, Wayne will likely serve less than a full year. In 2009 he made a plea deal, pleading guilty to charges of attempted possession of a dangerous weapon stemming from a 2007 arrest when officers found him carrying a .40-caliber pistol.

“American Idol” champ FANTASIA BARRINO has beefed up security after receiving a hate letter containing racial slurs including the “N” word and telling her to “go back where you came from and die.”

“I will not be defeated by one isolated person’s hatred,” the singer defiantly tells TMZ, who broke the story.

Barrino received the hate letter last night (Fri. Feb. 19) in her usual batch of fan mail after performing in the musical version of “The Color Purple” at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles.

It seems the racist who wrote the letter claims to have worked as a security guard at “Idol” when Fantasia was competing on the show. Scary!

According to Fantasia’s manager, the Pantages has alerted the L.A. police department, beefed up her personal security and increased security at the venue. They’ll also be screening her fan mail before it reaches the singer.

Fantasia’s manager tells us the singer immediately contacted theater security — which then contacted the LAPD.

In the meantime, we’re told the theater has “beefed up” security around Fantasia — and all over the venue — and will be screening anything sent to Barrino’s dressing room before it gets to her.

Fantasia says in a statement, as reported by TMZ, “I will not be defeated by one isolated person’s hatred.”

In his first public appearance in almost three months, the golfer said in his 13-minute speech this morning: “What I did was unacceptable, and I am the only one to blame.”

TIGER WOODS gave his first in-person public statement today after the affair scandal that linked more than 10 mistresses to him rocked the headlines in late November and December of last year. The golf great had tears in his eyes as he somberly apologized to his staff, family, friends, and fans. He said, with a sigh: “I have a lot to atone for.”

He said he wanted to clarify one thing about his wife Elin Nordegren: “Some believe believe Elin either hurt or attacked me on that Thanksgiving night. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage, ever,” he said. “Elin has showed enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame.”

He admitted to his affairs, and to being in rehab for weeks, too. He solemnly pleaded for the media to leave his family alone, and that he is the “one that needs to change.” He said: “I was unfaithful, I had affairs, I cheated. What I did was unacceptable, and I am the only one to blame.”

He talked about the fans and children he has disappointed, and vowed to make amends. “I have disappointed all of you and made you question who I am and how I could have done the things I did,” Tiger said. “I am embarrassed to have put you in this position for all that I have done. I am so sorry.”

He ended the speech with a pointed request to his fans and those around him: “Today I ask for your help, to find room in your heart to one day believe in me again.”

Then, he hugged his mom, Kultida Woods, who sat in the front row during the speech.

MAGIC JOHNSON is in talks to purchase Ebony and Jet magazines, according to Bloomberg News. The two magazines, which are owned by Johnson Publishing Co., are icons in the black community and have covered some of the most important events of our time.

Recently, Johnson Publishing Co., like many media outlets, has come under severe financial pressure due to the economic downturn and a 38 percent decline in advertising revenue.

“There have been discussions,” Eric Holoman, president of Los Angeles-based Magic Johnson Enterprises, told Bloomberg News. “There’s no definitive agreement.”

The historical significance of the two magazines to the black community is unmatched. Johnson Publishing was founded in 1942 by John H. Johnson and has remained a family-run enterprise. They published during a time when news about African Americans was not covered by the mainstream media. Ebony, along with many other black-owned newspapers, played a major role in covering the Civil Rights Movement.

Still, Rihanna’s emotions were running so high when she returned to the recording studio after her split from brown that you can hear all her feelings in her new album Rated R. She said: “The vocal performances definitely were influenced by the emotion, the feeling. I wasn’t just singing lines. I was singing every word and every word meant something because it was my story. It was a lot more personal, a lot more real. I was venting.”

She did, however, say recording the album was a positive experience. She added: “Making this album was still a lot of fun, I have to say, it was really good for me.”

Rihanna, 21, also said during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last month that she has set herself a goal to find a new love in the next 10 years. She said: “I hope I am in love by then. 31 is a decade away. I better be in love by then.”

Despite being recently photographed on holiday in Mexico with baseball player Matt Kemp, the singer claims she is currently single.

Beyoncé’s father has been order to pay child support after allegedly fathering a baby boy earlier this month.

MATHEW KNOWLES is said to have had an 18-month relationship with actress Alexsandra Wright from Los Angeles, resulting in the birth of baby Nixon on February 4.

The news comes after Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles, 55, began divorce proceedings against her husband on November 11 last year.

At the time the couple, who wed in 1980, issued a statement saying the decision to end their marriage was amicable – despite Knowles being named in the paternity suit.

According to TMZ.com, an L.A. judge just ordered Knowles to pay $8,200 a month in child support, retroactive to February 1. Knowles must also pay 100% of uninsured medical costs.

Alexsandra Wright claims she had an 18-month relationship with Knowles and he’s the baby daddy of Nixon — born Feburary 4.

Wright’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, went to court today asking for support and the judge granted it.

But Knowles will take a DNA test March 1 … and the long-term support issues hinge on the outcome.

It’s interesting — Knowles has not flat out denied he’s the daddy. And in fact, he gave Alexsandra $10,000 in January to cover uninsured medical costs and baby stuff.
