Florida woman LASTONIA LEVISTON is suing the rapper, according to E! Online, claiming he used her name and likeness without permission, when he edited himself into her sex tape, and posted it on his own website.

Leviston is also apparently not happy that “Mr. Cent” dressed up in a red wig, too, for his unauthorized role. She says her boyfriend, whose face is blurred, was supposed to destroy the tape, but either sold it or otherwise transferred it to the rapper, who used it as comic fodder.

In the rapper’s allegedly edited version, 50 Cent stars as “Big Pimpin’ Curly.”

The suit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Although 50 will be wearing the fragrance himself, he insists he doesn’t need a confidence boost because he is an international superstar. He added to German website Spiegel Online:

“I already have the necessary self-confidence – otherwise I would have never been a successful hip-hop artist. My record label wanted me to be different at times, more politically correct. FOREST WHITAKER wants 50 CENT to be his son — in front of the camera, that is. The Oscar-winning actor is negotiating a deal to play the rapper-turned-actor’s pop in the adaptation of the 1886 novel The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. The actor is still talking to the movie bosses about the possibility, but is hopeful the two can become onscreen family.

He told MTV News: “We’re still figuring out what we’re going to do, if I am going to be doing that or not. If I end up doing it, I would be playing Jekyll and he would be playing Hyde. It’s a father-son kind of relationship. It’s also an interesting script because we are dealing with similar things. Jekyll has a lot of issues and problems personally. Hidden passions, hidden perversions, and it is acted out by 50.”

Jekyll and Hyde will closely follow the original storyline, written by Robert Louis Stevenson, which focuses on troubled Dr. Jekyll’s battle with right and wrong. After drinking a chemical potion, a younger and crueler version of the medic, Mr. Hyde, emerges. Forest added:

Abel Ferrara directs it. It would be very classic. They just turned in a new draft. It’s based on the book really strongly. It will be interesting to play Jekyll.
