Celebrities in Halloween Costumes! Yippy!

When you’re a CELEBRITY, you’ve got to be used to being all dolled up just to be judged on the red carpet. But, when Halloween rolls around, it’s a whole different beast. See what happens when these stars let their imaginations run wild, and the most outrageous outfits get the best-dressed votes for a change.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush make a great couple, even in character! They’re an item again this year, we can’t wait to see what they think up next.

Katy Perry’s Freddie Mercury costume is a little bizarre, and creepy — especially because she does look a lot like the late Queen singer. We give her points for going against the grain, though.

Cowboy John Legend seems to have lassoed himself an Indian princess.

Quddus nails the Napoleon Dynamite costume. We wonder how long it took to sculpt his hair like that.

Pink gets a little darker and sports red hair. We like that the singer always finds a way to make her outfits edgy, not just on Halloween. Her black fishnets do the trick this time.

Tisha Campbell was braver than we’d be and dressed up as Tyra Banks — and even doctored her hairline. We’d never go there.

Christina Milian is the brightest lady bug we’ve ever seen. The neon hair really rounds out the costume and we think we have those tights in a box in the garage leftover from kindergarten dress-up. ,,, And of course this is an old photo … because her belly isn’t quite that flat these days! LOL!

Below are some flicks from Thursday night’s Heineken Red Star Soul 2009 kickoff in Chicago. LUDACRIS, MELANIE FIONA, and DON CANNON performed.

This year’s exclusive and invitation-only shows will feature undisputed heavyweights in the game including T-Pain, pop/alternative band N.E.R.D. and Big Boi as well as young challengers Wale and Mickey Factz.

Keeping the crowds rocking all night will be the hottest DJs in the country including Clark Kent, DJ Mos, DJ Jus Ske, Mick Boogie, D-Nice and legends Jazzy Jeff and Biz Markie.  The tour will take nine U.S. cities by storm.

UPDATE! The singer recently told British media that she’s battled ill health all her life.

The pop star, who has Crohn’s disease, had her small intestine removed when she was 13, because it had become infected.

‘They had cut right through my stomach muscles and I was in a wheelchair for a while because I had no core muscles to support my weight,’ Anastacia, 40, reveals.’I was very angry about that scar for a very long time. I thought my life was over. No guy would ever look at me and see me as pretty, or want to touch me or love me.’

But by the time she reached her twenties, Anastacia overcame her insecurities and started flaunting her abs.

‘If a shirt didn’t show my midriff, I wouldn’t wear it,’ she quips, talking to The Mail On Sunday.

It was a huge shock to her fans when in 2003 Anastacia discovered she had breast cancer. She is now well after undergoing surgery and radiotherapy.
