Regardless of how you feel about LINDSAY LOHAN, no one deserves the treatment she’s been receiving lately. The occasional actress took to her Twitter over the weekend to describe a seriously scary incident pulled off by a not-so-funny jokester while she was in Morocco on vacation.

Mean Girls star LINDSAY LOHAN has faced criticism for her constant partying, substance abuse and tumultuous love life, but now the actress is in talks with Britney Spears’ manager Larry Rudolph about filming a reality show following her attempts to make a Hollywood comeback.

A source told FOX News:

Rudolph is helping Lohan with a potential reality show that will encapsulate her trials and tribulations as she gets back on her feet and actually becomes a working actress again.

It was recently claimed Lindsay is experiencing financial troubles after struggling to land a major film part for some time. Although the 23-year-old actress wants to get her career back on track, she was spotted looking dishevelled as she dined in a New York restaurant last week. A source said: “She looked filthy and disgusting, barely recognizable.”

This isn’t the first time Lindsay has been linked to a reality TV show recently. Earlier this month, Lindsay was reportedly furious when her on/off girlfriend Samantha Ronson asked her to appear in her new series, which will follow her jet-setting life as a celebrity DJ. Lindsay is said to have refused because she was worried the program would “paint her in a bad light.”

In June, she was rumored to be in negotiations with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest to present a philanthropic program.

In an appearance sure to please lovers of irony everywhere, the starved-looking starlet (is she more in want of food, or attention?) showed up at a West Hollywood shake shack Thursday night to christen a milkshake with her name.

Does it taste like the despair of someone who’s slurped down a promising career and been left with a sticky, empty cup and a raging sugar low at the age of 23?

Granted, there are ice cream concoctions named after a slew of celebrities at Millions of Milkshakes on Santa Monica Boulevard.

Last night, X17 reports, LINDSAY LOHAN went to the Chateau Marmont – to no one’s surprise. But she went in the company of RYAN SEACREST. What? X17 photographers report that the pair headed for Lindsay’s house:

Lindsay was obviously trying to hide from the paps – Ryan didn’t seem to care. It was almost as if he were proud to be with Lindsay. Ryan was laughing while Lindsay ducked down behind the seat of the car when they left H-wood.

At Lindsay’s, they were doing something that involved music so loud, neighbors called the police to complain (again, according to X17). They left for Ryan’s house at around 4AM, and according to photographers, stayed there:

They were obviously partying inside at Lindsay’s – the music was SO loud. When the neighbors complained they moved to Ryan’s house. It’s like they had to continue the party. I couldn’t believe I was seeing the two of them together. I don’t think Ryan has any idea what he’s getting into.

Well, that didn’t take long. After weeks of media frenzy over LINDSAY LOHAN and Samantha Ronson’s breakup — and Lindsay trying to get back on her feet — it seems that the two ladies may have already resolved their issues.

Us Weekly reports that Lindsay stopped by Sam’s Hollywood Hills mansion yesterday, where she stuck around for six hours. They used to share the luxurious digs, until Sam had the locks changed a few weeks ago (ouch). Then, Samantha was seen driving away from Lohan’s house at 6 am Friday morning.

Lindsay told Ellen Degeneres earlier in the day that the two had communicated only via text messages, so it seems like this could have been the first face-to-face rendezvous since the Chateau Marmont drama that caused the breakup. She said on the Ellen Degeneres Show: I really care about Samantha and we’ll see what happens. Maybe when we’re fully in the right place…I love her. Yesterday, Samantha also changed her Facebook relationship status to “It’s Complicated.”

All signs point to a reunion for this couple, unless further drama ensues. Kudos to them if they can work it out, but one thing’s for sure: We don’t envy Lindsay at Sam’s family gatherings. When your significant other’s relatives try to get a restraining order against you, it has to be a little awkward.

Los Angeles — Beverly Hills police said an arrest warrant has been issued for actress LINDSAY LOHAN that stems from her 2007 conviction for drunken driving.

The $50,000 warrant was issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court, the police said in a statement issued Friday. They declined to state the reason for the issuance of the warrant.

“It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter can be resolved in a timely manner,” Beverly Hills police Lieutenant Mark Rosen said in a statement.

In November 2007, the now 22-year-old Lohan spent 84 minutes behind bars for a drunken driving and cocaine-possession conviction. She had been arrested the previous May after she wrecked her car in Beverly Hills and again in July following a car chase in the Los Angeles beach community of Santa Monica.

They eventually took the fight into the alley, where Lohan yelled at Ronson, “When I storm off, you are supposed to follow me!”

There are some definite perks to being a celebrity on New Year’s Eve, mainly an open invitation to awesome parties. But, if you’re LINDSAY LOHAN and SAMANTHA RONSON the only way to properly ring in the New Year is with a screaming match and a fistfight.

According to the New York Post the couple was hosting a New Year’s Eve party at Mansion in Miami’s South Beach when they started screaming at each other. They eventually took the fight into the alley, where Lohan yelled at Ronson, “When I storm off, you are supposed to follow me!”

As if that wasn’t enough, the two apparently went back to their hotel room where more screaming and crashing sounds could be heard outside. According to an unnamed source Lohan and Ronson came out of their room at about 11 a.m. only to continue fighting, this time punching each other in the hallway.

The New York Post also reports that Lohan dropped to her knees at one point and asked, “Why are you doing this to me?” to which Ronson responded, “I don’t know you.”

Eventually hotel security was called and they arrived to take photos of the allegedly “trashed” room. Hours later the couple caught a flight to Los Angeles looking haggard. A rep for Lohan confirmed that there was an argument but stated “I don’t know the details, but they left for LA together and it’s fine.”

Still, Access Hollywood reports that the New Year’s Eve fight ended in the couple’s break up, and that Lohan is moving out of the home she shared with Ronson to live with her sister.

Either way someone should tell Lohan that if she storms off angry and no one follows her, going back and yelling at your girlfriend to follow you is kind of desperate. Here’s video of Lohan v Ronson at Mansion on New Year’s Eve:

Guess, a lot is own her mind.

As with many people around this time of the year, LINDSAY LOHAN is under a bit of stress.

First of all, it now looks like girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s recent hospitalization may have had something to do with a “nuclear” screaming match the couple had in their Los Angeles home. Immediately prior to Ms. Ronson’s hospital visit, the two were reportedly up “wailing, with lots of obscenities” until 4 a.m., breaking glasses and exchanging jabs like “You never say you love me.”

This morning, in a pathos-heavy Christmas Eve Myspace dispatch, Ms. Lohan got reflective:

“I think that people go through a lot in life. and the things that we go through, whatever they may be, simply just make us stronger in the long run… that is, if we actually take what it is we have learned from our mistakes and teach ourselves what NOT to do in the future. i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now..”

Also, in a traditional holiday move, it seems that dysfunctional father Michael decided to bring up that love child we were hearing about this summer:

“my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks… MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! wow- do i sound like ‘debbie downer’ or what?”

She also included a shout-out to sister-in-arms Britney Spears, who “is an amazing talent and she has gone through a lot, (just as i have) in the public eye…which is not necessarily a bad thing.. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments.”

Singing off, Ms. Lohan is sure to note that she will be spending Christmas in LA with Ms. Ronson. In a post script, she encourages readers to check out some of her favorite songs from Ms. Spears’s new album. Among them, not surprisingly, is “Shattered Glass.”
