Reports: Lawyers for the estate want LA TOYA JACKSON to return lifted secret MJ tunes from her late brother’s computer hard drive!

Music mag Rolling Stone reports that the executors of the MICHAEL JACKSON estate have issued formal requests to his sister LaToya to retrieve computer hard drives she lifted from his computer.

According to Frank DiLeo, the late King of Pop’s manager, more than100 songs were recorded but never released with the potential multi-million tunes spanning the decades from the 1980s until just before The Gloved One’s sudden demise June 25.

Many of the songs were recorded during Jacko’s peak Bad and Thriller era with some of the most recent being collaborations with will.i.am, Akon and NeYo.

The legal team, sources say, want to retrieve the hard drives so that ALL the content can be properly recorded and logged.

What ELSE is on those drives remains a mystery known only to La Toya.

Insurers for MICHAEL JACKSONs “This Is It” 50-date London residency were astounded when the report they received from Dr. David Slavit declared the singer to be in perfect health, joking it appeared to have been “based on the body of an astronaut.”

Officials at insurers Robertson Taylor were puzzled as to why the ear, nose and throat specialist’s report made no mention of the “Thriller” star’s well-publicized health difficulties – including a severely burnt scalp, broken leg and extensive cosmetic surgery – and demanded their own tests be carried out before agreeing to insure his shows for promoters AEG Live.

An AEG spokesperson said:

AEG did not hire a doctor at any time in connection with securing insurance. Dr. David Slavit performed the medical exam which was submitted to the insurers as part of their underwriting.

AEG has never received a copy of Dr. Slavit’s medical exam. A second medical examination was scheduled in the UK when the tour arrived. The policy was issued in a fictitious name.

No one has actually seen Dr. Slavit’s original records of the medical and Robertson Jackson had wanted to do a full examination on July 11, the day after seeing the “Bad” hitmaker perform a planned full rehearsal at London’s O2 arena, where the shows were scheduled to take place.

However, because the star died of a suspected cardiac arrest on June 25 – after the insurance deal had been agreed but before “subject to” details had been verified – the promoters are now in dispute with the insurers over the validity of their agreement. The singer’s medical certificate had been issued in the name M. Jones, but this is said to be standard practice for celebrities to prevent any embarrassing personal health details leaking out.

It was revealed last week the singer’s autopsy results have been delayed indefinitely. It has been claimed the release has been postponed while police investigate Jackson’s death. A law enforcement source has claimed the delay is not the result of problems with the toxicology report or questions over how the case is being handled.

Court records show police are currently investigating whether Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Robert Murray — who was with the 50-year-old singer when he died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month and gave him CPR — had contact with other people in the medical field, including Dr. Slavit.

“Love Sex Magic” singer CIARA insists it is down to stars of her generation – including “SexyBack” hitmaker Justin Timberlake, who has copied many of Jackson’s trademark dance moves – to embrace the musical legacy of the pop icon, who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month.

She said:

I don’t know anything about Justin putting together a show for Michael but of course I’d love to be involved if anything came to light.

MJ was my biggest inspiration and I was flabbergasted to hear of his death. I had so been looking forward to seeing Michael’s show in London and finally meeting him. It is important for my generation of musicians to keep his memory alive. We have Justin, Usher, Beyonce Knowles and Ne-Yo.

The 23-year-old star is currently enjoying time off before joining Britney Spears on tour and loves not having to get dressed up every day.

She explained to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper:

Getting glam is so time-consuming sometimes I get moody with it. After I sit in a chair for two hours, I’m so over it.

Of course I have slob out days like anyone else. I’m at home for a bit right now and I like to drive around and see people, get together with friends and go out to eat.

Tito Jackson — who was left devastated when his brother Michael died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month — revealed the Jackson family tried to stage an intervention to free Michael from the bad influences in his life some time ago.

He explained to Entertainment Tonight: I think he was encircled by enablers. It was always a difficult situation, some people care about their job more than the person’s health and wellbeing and I think that’s what we experienced, some of the employers, security or whatever, were more concerned about their paychecks than letting us check on our brother. Although the events surrounding Michael’s death remain unclear – toxicology tests taken during his autopsy are yet to be released – it has been claimed the singer was taking a host of prescription pills.

Recent reports suggest police believe Michael’s physician Dr. Conrad Murray may have injected the singer with powerful aesthetic Propofol — also known as Diprivan, which is used to put people to sleep in hospital before surgery — in the hours before his death.

Tito maintains he does not know the truth about Michael’s death, but is adamant Murray should be prosecuted if he did administer something which caused his sibling’s passing.

He said: “I had no clue what was being done by his personal physician whatsoever. If he is responsible, whoever is responsible, they should be brought to justice. Michael was physically fine as far as I’m concerned, he was strong, he was in good health, he was playing and happy and everything was fine. My brother has always been a thin young man, you know, and that’s just the way he was, but he was totally healthy.”

Tito added his sister Janet told him Michael had died, and revealed he has not been to see Michael’s body at Los Angeles’ Forest Lawn Cemetery. He explained: “I want to remember my brother as I knew him and not think of him as he looked the last time I saw him, that would be very hard for me. We’re all working it out. I have a very large family and when you have a family that large it’s hard to get everyone agreeing on the same page.”

The National Enquirer is reporting that, even though MICHAEL JACKSON’s estate may be worth half a billion his kids are nearly penniless paupers.

So claimed lawyers arguing on behalf of Michael ’s mom Katherine, 79, who requested a family allowance from the estate for her and MJ’s 3 kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Citing an “urgent need” for cash lawyers said that Katherine had been “financially dependent” on Jacko and since his death has been living off Social Security payments.

And with three new mouths to add to the Jackson Family while Katherine has temporary custody of the MJ 3 until a separate hearing next month.
The judge has pushed the money store request back to August 3.

I seriously doubt that this rumor is true but, if it is, I wonder what’s next for MJ’s kids.

So I grew up knowing Michael very well and when he had his daughter, he always loved the name Paris and grew up being an uncle to me. So he asked my mom if it was okay and of course she said yes and I think she’s such a beautiful little girl and I’m proud we have the same name.

Paris’s version of events is certainly plausible, since mom Kathy Hilton is also 50 years old (the same age as Jackson when he died).”

DATZHOTT! has recently learned that in a new freestyle, platinum selling rapper LIL’ WAYNE is going hard at The King Of Pop.

In the verse, which was uploaded to the Internet just a few Days ago, Lil Wayne called Michael a 3 letter derogatory word for a homosexual.

Wow Lil Wayne … Talk about being insensitive.

With Michael Jackson’s recent death the internet is alarmed at a freestyle which shows Lil Wayne rapping derogatory lyrics about Michael jackson. There are questions about how dated this material is. Obviously if it was made last week then it would be insensitive of Lil Wayne, but let’s be serious. This situation has to be put into its proper context, jokes about Michael Jackson’s sexuality and him liking young boys were common place before June 25, 2009 when the king of Pop passed on from this life.

How will this situation affect Lil Wayne’s career, it won’t. It would surprise me if he addressed it. It’s clear that he’s rapping a nursery rhyme that is meant to degrade MJ, if your an 80’s baby then you remember the playground days and some of the mean sing-a-longs we could make up about celebrities.

The lesson that we should learn from our ridicule of Michael Jackson is that people need to be treated with love and compassion. If we are in an uproar about jokes about a man in death then should we really have made those same jokes when that man was alive.

But at the same time, Lil’ Wayne, if anyone is a f*g – it’s you bro! If I’m not mistaken – wasn’t there a photo of you kissing a man on the lips last year?
