Oops, MILEY CYRUS did it again!
The sixteen year-old brought a bit too much sexy in a beauty salon dance designed to tease the paparazzi.
Rumor has it that Miley had a weave appointment (can’t neglect those, you know how that turns out) and, simce she’s never one to miss an opportunity for a little show, she made sure to dial up her homies. Her homies being the paps! Hmm …?

So coincidentally, her new best buds (the paps) were already at the B2V salon when Miley rolled up in her new Prius with her poor grandmother and dog in tow. Once inside, the hair-extension party really got going. We guess you have to shake you’re a** continually during a seven-hour salon appointment, otherwise the paparazzi get bored and leave, and then what?
So Miley shook her stuff as much as possible in that way that makes grown-ups get all worried come every prom season. And yeah, the blinds were down, but she knew exactly what she was doing and eventually opened the curtains to wave her new weave around.
But hey, she’s just being Miley—ridiculous booty-shaking, peace-sign throwing and paparazzi shows are all in a day’s work.

Heroes blonde blows up on red carpet!
HAYDEN PANETTIERE, 19, was a having a very bad day in full view of the press and fans.
Hayden was at a fundraiser gala for Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation in Honolulu when she was bombarded by questions.
“Back up!” she yelled at press.
When queried about her breakup with costar Milo Ventimiglia a reporter accidentally made contact with her Hayden-ness.
“Don’t you ever touch me!” Panettiere snapped, as she turned to a PR flack.
“Oh, am I supposed to do interviews?”
The blonde bombshell then reportedly snapped, “You ALL make my life miserable!” before refusing to answer any questions.
HP’s rep had no comment when queried by media about the incident.

Celebrity PHOTOGRAPHERS are jostling for proof of the apparent reconciliation of singer CHRIS BROWN and RIHANNA, whose stormy relationship has fascinated and stunned fans and feminists.
Photo agencies said on Monday that the first picture of the couple together again, three weeks after Brown’s alleged assault on his girlfriend, would fetch at least $100,000.
Francois Navarre, owner of photo agency X17, said a shot of the “Umbrella” singer and her 19 year-old boyfriend is one of the most sought after in the celebrity news world — right behind an elusive, idyllic family photo of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie with their six children.
People and Us Weekly have reported that Brown and Rihanna spent the past weekend in Miami. E! Online reported that paparazzi in helicopters buzzed over the private estate where they were reported to be staying, trying to get photos.
“Dysfunction sells, crazy sells and the more people’s relationships seems to be out of whack, everyone is just fascinated to watch them to see how it unravels,” said Elayne Rapping, a professor and pop culture expert with University at Buffalo of the State University of New York.
Los Angeles prosecutors have yet to decide whether to formally charge Brown over the February 8 incident, which forced both stars to cancel their Grammy appearances the next day.
California law allows prosecutors to charge an individual with domestic violence, even if the couple reunites.
Celebrity Web site TMZ.com on Monday posted grainy video it said showed Rihanna and the clean-cut Brown exiting a jet separately in Los Angeles the night before.
